Why print on site

Pre-ordered swag guesses. On-site swag matches the room.

01

Zero over-order waste

You print to actual attendance, not a purchase order placed months out. No pallet of unclaimed larges shipping back to a storage unit after the show.

02

The size they actually wear

Attendees pick from a stocked size run at the table. Everyone leaves with something that fits, which is why on-site pieces get worn instead of tossed.

03

The line is the marketing

A live press station draws a crowd on the expo floor. The queue, the reveal, and the hand-off are the moment people photograph and post.

04

Turnkey and staffed

We bring the printers, blanks, tables, and operators. Your team approves the artwork; ours handles setup, production, and a clean teardown.

Built for the schedule

Sized to your breaks, keynotes, and expo rush.

Conference traffic is spiky. A 2,000-person keynote lets out and everyone wants merch in the same twenty minutes. We plan station count and staffing around your agenda so the line clears before the next session, then quiets down without idle crew.

  • Multiple stations for peak windows, scaled back for slow hours
  • Clear pick-and-press flow so the queue keeps moving
  • Load-in and power confirmed with your venue in advance
  • Finished pieces handed back checked and cooled

Quick answers

What planners ask first.

What is on-site swag printing?

A live production station we set up inside your venue or on your campus. Rather than shipping pre-ordered boxes, we print shirts, hoodies, totes, and caps on demand while attendees pick their size and watch it press.

How much power and space does a station need?

A single station runs on standard 120V circuits and fits in about a 10x10 footprint. Bigger conferences run two to four stations together; we confirm circuits, tables, and load-in with your venue ahead of the date.

How many pieces can you produce per hour?

A staffed DTF heat-press station finishes roughly 40 to 80 pieces an hour depending on artwork and colorways. Adding stations multiplies throughput for keynote breaks and expo-floor rushes.

Where does Merch Troop travel?

We are based in Orange County and regularly staff events across Los Angeles, San Diego, and Las Vegas, plus nationwide campuses and conference centers with enough lead time.
