On-Site Swag Printing / Pricing

Pricing

What an on-site swag printing quote is built from.

Pricing is quote-based because a station's cost tracks your event, not a catalog. As a starting anchor, staffed stations begin around $5,000 for a local event; below is what moves the number up or down.

$

Station hours

Every station is quoted for setup, live production, and teardown. A six-hour conference day and a two-day expo price very differently.

$

Staffing

Operators run about $250 per hour and scale with station count. We staff to your peak windows so lines clear without paying for idle crew.

$

Products & blanks

Bella+Canvas tees, hoodies, canvas totes, Richardson 112 caps, and tumblers each carry different blank costs and prep.

$

Artwork prep

Clean vector files press fastest. Digitizing for embroidery, color separations, or on-site name menus can add prep time.

$

Travel

Local Southern California events carry no travel fee. Events outside the OC, LA, and San Diego area add roughly $900 for travel and logistics.

$

Station count

Adding stations raises throughput for keynote breaks and expo rushes. We recommend the count your agenda actually needs.

The fastest way to a real number

Send the venue, the dates and hours, your expected attendance, and the items you want printed. That is enough for us to recommend a station count, staffing plan, and product mix, and to come back with a firm quote, usually within one business day. No generic price table guessing at your event.

Pricing questions

How much does on-site swag printing cost?

Staffed stations start around $5,000 for a local Southern California event. The final figure depends on station count, hours, the products you print, artwork prep, and travel. Staffing runs about $250 per operator hour, and travel is roughly $900 for events outside the OC, LA, and San Diego area.

Why is pricing quote-based?

A conference with two stations over six hours printing tees is a different job than a four-station expo activation running tees, totes, and tumblers. We quote to your actual floor plan and agenda instead of a flat rate that would over- or under-charge you.
